Yes, you read that right. This is not a joke. I have sold my home, quit my job, and am working on packing only what I need. Many have asked “why Honduras?” My usual answer is “WHY NOT?!” But really, I chose Honduras for a few reasons.
1 – It’s a quick and direct flight back to the States if I need to get back quickly.
2 – It is absolutely beautiful there!!
3 – It is relatively inexpensive.
More about this adventure. I will be living on Roatan. Roatan is an island, off the coast in the Caribbean, that sits on an exposed coral reef. Mesoamerican Barrier Reef is the largest barrier reef in the Caribbean and the 2nd largest in the world after the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Coxen Hole is the most populated city and is also the capital. There is an airport on the island that helps with their tourism as tourism is a vital part of their economy. Roatan also offers world-class diving and some amazing snorkeling right off the beaches.

All the key parts of this move are just falling into place. It’s been great considering there is a ton of stress with moving so anything to minimize the stress LOL
